I have received my Payoneer Card today. The card is nice although I am not planning on using it anytime soon. Payoneer charges a couple of fees whenever you withdraw from your Odesk account. Aside from a $9.95 activation fee, Payoneer charges $1 or $3 monthly maintenance fee and $2.15 ATM withdrawal fee. This is the reason why Hubby and I prefer using Union Bank Eon Card. There’s no maintaining balance, and Union Bank charges only Php50 as withdrawal fee. Although, the balance transfer from your Paypal to your Union Bank account takes about 3 days, it is worth the wait.

In applying for a Union Bank Eon Card, make sure you have 2 valid Ids and photocopies of it. Pay Php 350 for processing and you’re all set. You can get your card in 5 days.
