Our Smart Bro Internet Service contract ended a couple of weeks ago. As I have been happy with Smart’s internet service for almost 4 years now, Ross and I agreed to stay with our provider.  Of course, knowing Smart, they treat their customers well. We have been offered freebies in exchange for another 24 months contract. The freebies available are Samsung Champ cellphone (black/white), HP 3 in 1 printer, Western Digital MyPassport 320GB HD, Php3000 worth of Sodexho gift certificate, and an Esprit Watch gift certificate.

I chose the external hard drive. I don’t have any use for the other stuff for now. Thank you Smart!

I will be waiting for Suncellular’s offer this December. My 2-year commitment with them is almost over. I have not been satisfied with Suncellular’s service, although I may say their plans are a lot affordable than others. If retention offer ain’t good, I will be switching to Smart for better customer service even if it’ll cost me more each month.
