I wanted to know the expiration date of my Maxicare HMO card. And so I sent an SMS to their SMS hotline (0918)889-MAXI. I was glad they replied quickly. Here’s the message:
“Good afternoon, expiration date of the member is 7/31/2011. Thank you!”
Oh wow! Now I know my life expectancy!
