Today is just one of those BAD days

I had a bad day at work today. You push yourself to the limit…trying your best to please everyone. But sometimes you feel burnt out because you’re the doing the same thing everytime, and no one seems to understand. For 2 years, you consistently stay above par…and for just one moment, you try to breathe and slow down…they wouldn’t let you.

Yup, it’s time to MOVE ON.

Consumer Warranty- The SAGA Ends

Sorry it took me so long to visit my blogsite again. I’ve been busy keeping up with work that I totally forgot all about my laptop issues.

A lot of people who had the same issues as mine emailed me and asked me a few questions on how I got my HP mini 1109TU replaced. It is case to case basis. The damage on my laptop was obviously not customer induced. It was hard convincing the store that it was a design flaw. I went through a lot of confrontations and phone calls.

I got my replacement last November 7. Thanks to Complink’s HP Product Manager Rowena Co, who called HP to request a warranty exemption. HP said they can’t replace the hinge, they don’t have any stocks as of the moment. They offered to replace the unit with a newer model, HP Mini 110 pink chic. I am hesitant at first because I don’t like pink gadgets. But my hubby made me realize that the newer model is better, larger hard drive size, better camera, I will still get my 2gb memory upgrade, and it seems like the hinge design is different. And so I accepted. Instead of waiting for 2 weeks to get my replacement from HP, Ms. Co sent me the new model the next day, because she knows I have been waiting 3 weeks already.

The Mini that I have now is working properly, I could not ask for anything more.

Jaiden’s Artistic Beginning

Lately, Jaiden likes playing with crayons. He knows he can make figures and colors from it. Im afraid he might write on our floors and walls so I decided to buy him non-toxic colored pens and a sketch pad. He loved it.

Also bought On-U-Mind Clever Fun Blocks. He can make mosaics by inserting colorful pegs into the pegboard. The toy is very cheap but he can learn a lot of things from it like color recognition, manual skills and hand to eye coordination. Although the pegs are small, I make sure that he plays with it under supervision.

Im planning on buying more of these toys in the next few days.

I hope it would develop into something good in the future.
