BIG Day 2
Again, I went to work today feeling extra happy, and I don’t know why, isn’t that weird? Then the reason finally came. I was promoted from general telesales to Premier. Split Skill. All premier accounts, premier business accounts and multi-line orders will be my share of the cake. And there are only 12 of us in the whole program… yes, you’ve read it right, whole NCO SPRINT PROGRAM which is composed of 300-400 agents.
That means more incentives and a balanced scorecard for me. So it’s not bad to turn down the offer yesterday. They say opportunity only knocks once, but for me it knocks everyday, you just have to keep the faith.
Ms. Dori, for the second time offered me another position today…program coordinator. Now what is a coordinator? I have no f***in’ idea…you know what happened next.
